Hye Sun Kim, FreeFrom’s Private Sector Program Manager, joined a panel on innovative banking strategies for financial inclusion. She presented our Survivor Safety Banking Guidelines – 11 actionable steps banks can take to provide products and services tailored to survivors’ unique banking needs.
We were honored for the invitation to speak, as this year’s conference was the first time in the CDBA conference’s 20+ year history where they invited non-profit speakers.
